- eSecuritel was founded in 2001 by entrepreneurs who recognized the need for hassle-free cellular device protection and a streamlined replacement process
- The Company developed flexible, customized solutions to assist cellular companies in delivering a value-added service to their subscriber base
- The original release of eSecuritel’s Handset Issue Tracking System (HITSTM) quickly established a solid base of subscribers

Mainsail leveraged more than two decades of experience building bootstrapped businesses into market leaders to help the founders and management of eSecuritel achieve their objectives. Gavin M. Turner and C. Jason Payne joined the Board of Directors and worked with management to accelerate growth through the following strategies and initiatives:
- Recruited an experienced CEO, David Leach, and an elite management team including a CMO, CTO, CFO and EVP of Sales and Business Development
- Invested heavily in proprietary SaaS technology platform (HITSTM)
- Scaled employee base and technology infrastructure to manage substantial growth in customers and transactions
- Developed a compliance program and obtained regulatory approval in all 50 states
- Established an ecosystem of best-in-class partners, including an A-rated insurance underwriter, a best-in-class call center and repair and logistics services providers
