Senior Accounting Manager
Immad joined Mainsail in 2017 and works closely with the VP of Finance and Controller to maintain the accounting books and prepare the financial reporting of Mainsail’s investment funds and management company.
Prior to joining Mainsail, Immad was a Portfolio Accountant at State Street Corporation. He performed the daily forecasting and reporting of cash flows resulting from a number of investments in private equity, real estate, stocks, and bonds. Additionally, Immad recorded the accounting and performed reconciliations for several investment funds held by a multi-billion-dollar client.
During his junior year of university, Immad took part in a summer financial training internship at Morgan Stanley.
Immad received his B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Outside of Mainsail, Immad enjoys playing football with friends, spending hours in the gym, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
